I just finished this image, today, and wanted to get
some critiques.... The whole image is done using
POV bolean operators, and Trig calculations.
I used woods.inc as a texture library, but did the
floor with a while loop in order to be able to translate
the texturation of each pieces of wood in a kinda
randomly style...

render time: about 12 minutes
pentium celeron 200megahertz
pov_ray for windows.

pas pire pantoute!

n'ont pas l'air d'aller ensemble.
Je te conseillerais d'utiliser seulement la teinte de bois brune.
Sinon, tout est beau!

ps: j'aime bien les caustics qu'on voit dans les verres.

Since I couldn't understand this at all, and other people might not either,
I decided to plug it into an online translator... I hope nobody minds...

      not worse pantoute!
I like the curves of the table, that gives him a style very design.
Especially that technical side it very is successful (utilsiation of
the math).

turpentines do not seem to go together.
I would advise you to use only the brown wood hue.
      If not, all is beautiful!

PS: I like the caustics that one sees in glasses.

      Louis

The source is not that easy to give, but may be I could send part
of the source.... In fact, there is an include file for the glasses,
another one for the whole object_table, and a pov_file which
one is the organization of the whole... May be I could send the
object_table on the text_scene_files forum.

Thank you, Tony

okay, okay I will translate in english what I wrote :
Very good!
I like the curves of the table, that gives a very "design" style.
Especially the techniques used gave good results (utilisation of maths).
I like the decoration except the ground. The mixture of woods does not seem
to work perfectly.
I would recommend to use only the brown wood.
Overall, very beautiful!

Ps: I like the caustics you used for glasses.

Louis
who is glad to have found a quebecer (people who lives in Quebec, Canada).

Thats it for translation. I saw that your automatic translater is not
perfect.... ;op

Computers are never perfect... unless they're running for POV-Ray :)
And here's what the computer translates that as:

:)"
The second half of which I know is not a correct translation, but what the
heck.
:)

profondeur.
