Non.
Long hair some years ago, now not enough on my skull to grow.

I remember the names when you mention them. I was straining to rember
Hildur's.

It grows like weeds and I never cut it, only trimmed it for about 8 years.
I had to get it cut when the grey started to show. It is like Alistair
Darlings and with black eyebrows as well.

Only popular with a certain type of person, in the UK.

What do you expect if you are a hippy?
There is something about men with long hair that gets people's dander up.

I take it, that is offensive where you live?
When I worked in NM it was a given. One of the club, a good ol' boy. :-)

And not to forget Robert Ashley. It started me on electronic music
production myself for some time. After that I got interested in Philip
Glass, Tim Reily, John Adams on the one hand and Arvo Pärt, Alfred
Schnittke, Witold Lutoslawski, and Simeon ten Holt on the other. But in
the end, my musical preferences go from Medieval to early Baroque.

pony ... hell you should see the looks I get when the pony tail comes
out and I just let my freak flag fly ... LOL "Almost cut my hair" reference

nope ... not offensive here. it's just how it is! I'm surrounded by
conservative, religious fanatics. I'm voting purely liberal this
November for whatever that's worth. The incumbent (30 years) is up
against a young woman and she's got my vote just on principle. US
politics (well world politics for that matter) needs more women. ...
we'd ALL be better off!

well good ol' boy denotes less redneck ... most good ol' boys let well
enough alone (until) there backs are against the wall. then all bet's
are off
