Does anyone know where I can find a copy of Dave's Flic Viewer (or a
freeware FLI/FLC player which is as good) for Win9x?

Thanks :^)

For FLI/FLC viewing one of my favorite programs to use is called Sea v1.3.
You can download a copy here I believe:

http://www.photodex.com/downloads/dos_download.html

It is a dos utility but runs very well under Win 3.1/95/98 plus is a full
featured image viewing program complete with some editing capabilities,
filters, and file conversions in single or batch mode. The number of
file types supported is also impressive.

I have f32 which is for the x86 win32 platform. Let me know if you
want it and I'll send it to you via e-mail. Other than that, I think
Dave's site is down permanently, but don't quote me on that last one.

It is down and far as I know permanently. I just talked to David a couple
of days ago and he admitted that he has been seriously procrastinating
with any further development of the program. I have a brand new final
version of dtawin and dta for dos that I will be making available to
the public soon but this distribution does not contain the animation
file viewer utility.

Maybe I had better send it to you for, ahem, 'making available to the
public'? Dave's Flic Viewer is uncrippled Shareware (rated $35) but I
think DTA is, too, so this should not be a factor. Dave's approval, on
the other hand, surely is, so will you please be so kind as to ask him
if he's at ease with putting F32 online?

I too have F32 here at home so no need for you to send it to me. I have
sent a new email to David earlier today asking him for a status on his
registration requirements. He sent me no documentation what so ever and
no clue if he will be asking for a registration fee for the program(s).
I'll let everyone know once I know. And yes I will include F32 in the
upload as they do make a good complimentary package.
