It resembles the Blender monkey. Is the ship derived from this monkey?

For the Windows build, you may need to install this official update. Vista
doesn't need this, but users of older Windows versions should install it if
they experience a crash during startup of Blender. Microsoft Visual C++ 2005
Redistributable Package (x86)
http://www.blender.org/download/get-blender/

how many programs will stop working if I turn over 98 to some file of 2005?

VisStudio6 and VC6 not good enough, er what?
if thats the case, I'd compile the code.

Compiled with Python version 2.5.
'import site' failed; use -v for traceback
Checking for installed Python... No installed Python found.
Only built-in modules are available. Some scripts may not run.
Continuing happily.

no more mono-color galaxies, now try to find them.

Now, we just need a virus to bring down the Net to return only images we make,
of us blowing their ships away. That might convince them to turn around and go
home when they access our network.

now that's ...

I've just been informed that because of the dated images I posted, ships that
havent been here 104,000 years and actually werent sure of Earth's location in
orbit, will get here sooner than expected.

Didn't intend for that to happen. Of course had they (you all) listened ...

oh well

Romulan Warbird from Star Trek: the Next Generation. Was around at
least a few years before Blender.

Mr. Cook's reply seems to make sense if we are talking shape, tho I fail to see
any resemblance to "Blender monkeys" found so far other than the color
chrome-blue.

The model was made probably around the time Blender was a gleam in someone's
eye. I snagged it and rebuilt it to correct many things, but first scripted the
tools to do it; mesh builder/viewer.

The Warbird file had a phone number in it. I called the guy. Nothing to say
really. I probably spent way more time fixing it than he spent to knock it out.
The shapes were good, it had to be fixed. And I like the few points and memory
it takes.

So there is the little Warbird's story, not counting the battles.

Yeah, probably shape, though it's recognizably Romulan to me.
