Hi all around,
since the bubble-topic-round is closed, I wonder why no new topic is given.
Regards,
Michael

Thomas de Groot generally looks after this but he has been having PC &
internet problems. I thought that the topic was generally announced at
the same time as the winner. I'll check and if it is now I'll do the deed.

Hi Stephen,
thanks for the fast response. Usually the new topic is given short after the
closing of the submissions as is stated in the "Tina Chep-Rules". I really hopy
Thomas can solve his technical problems soon. Not for the topic but for himself.
I only asked and I really will not press someone.
Kind regrards,
Michael.

Hi Stephen,
many thanks again. Especially at the weekend and the following week I will have
no access to the net because I will spent a short holiday at a very rural part
of Germany, a very small village called Rech. They have a lot of red wine there,
but no (fast) internet-connections. Don't be sure, but I think I can hear your
sigh of relief that I will not bother you again so soon ;-)
So I can give this novel a try (over 250 pages after copying it from Project
Gutenberg to Word). At the moment I'm stuck with chapter III which is very hard
for a non native speaker. I really like to read english novels (mainly fantasy
like Feist, Wurts, Goodkind or Tolkien but also Doyle, Poe, Shakespeare or
Dickens to name some authors) but in this case, I could only skip the rest of
the chapter. But I think the topic is not so literally bounded to the book...
Thanks and regards,
Michael

Oh what a stuff!
I never have read a novel told so worse - and I have read a lot of stuff even in
the foreign language of English. This one is really bad. The style of narration
is crude. But I think you're only interested in the title: the trembling Earth.
May be that I have an idea, since we have the female world championship of
soccer at hand here in Germany right now.
Regards Michael.

Hi Stephen,
thanks for your reply again. I hoped for that. But I will switch to another
sport, if I can meet the deadline...
Regards,
Michael

Again a second though of mine. I noticed that you have dropped the information
about the author of the text at the Tina CHep-Website this time, possibly due to
my postings here. Despite the fact that this special text wasn't delighting (to
me!), the lecture about the photography or the airships was. So I suggest, to
specify more clearly at the website that only the titles of the books should be
the source of inspiration but an idea at the contents would be serve as well.
E.g. I would never came up with the idea to reproduce an old photography with
POV as Thomas de Groot craftfully did.
Regards,
Michael.

Sorry Michael, also my fault because I forgot to insert the authors
name. I shall do that right away.
It takes some time to make things run smoothly again...
Thomas
