Same for me, including the madness. :-)

Ok, here's another one with a slightly different sitting position. It's a little
difficult to get this entirely correct since a real cat can fold much better.
Perhaps it should include a caption? I seez a red bug, gunna kapchur itz for u.

Not bad, although still not entirely correct where the back legs are
concerned. However, I know the problems the Poser animal models suffer from
unfortunately. The makers do not spend enough attention to RL. I have made a
comment about this towards Content Paradise and SmithMicro, but I am afraid
that it is not high on their priority lists.

(I love cats, and in real life I have to do with 4 of them.) ;-)

Beautiful textures, but perhaps the size of the pillars does not seem
proportionate to the cat.

Oh yeah, this one is definitely just about to leap.

I'm not sure I should break it on you, but the LE version of the DAZ cat has
been free for years, included in the 3D bridge starter pack.
http://www.daz3d.com/i/3d-models/-/3d-bridge-starter?item=5504&_m=d
The pack's price has moved from 0 to 230$ on the first of january. :-S
I expect they are going to make a new free starter pack sooner or later, but
it's anybody's guess if it'll include a cat model or not.

OMG - tell me this isn't true - tell me you're kiddin' me... tell me this isn't
some (previously) free content that somehow slipped past me unnoticed...!

Blood-stained excrement of a male bovine...

Wasn't it free only for Platinum Club members? I am certainly not one of
those.

Still blood-stained excrements, because me, I am. Wanted to have the complete
Morphing Fantasy Dress set (plus some), and figured it would be the least
expensive way to get it.

I guess it actually pays off, provided you plan on getting some additional basic
stuff anyway. There's a lot of models you can get for just $1.99 apiece as a
Platinum member. Including, as I just found out - ta-daaaah! - the Millenium
Cat (Limited Edition; or actually all of the Millenium LE stuff as it seems...
they don't come with textures though, so again blood-stained droppings. The Mil
Cat in that bundle, btw, is LE as well.)

However, from what I see in demo shots of the Mil Cat or expansion packs for it,
it seems to suffer from similar weaknesses as the Poser Cat when it comes to
sitting poses (although possibly not as extreme). So it might not even be worth
the $1.99, given that you need to pay extra for textures.

Yeah, that.
