This is one of the first things I ever started modeling. Its going on 2
months now and its not finished yet. Although I want to complete it I'm
creatively stumped-modeling this is beginning to feel like work :) Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

It has a nice fresh off the show room floor look to it but it would be hard to say
how it will really look until you add some surrounding environment to it. All those
reflecting parts need something to reflect.

Suggestion wise, perhaps some identification decals would be appropriate. Serial/ID
numbers, brand name etc. A little dirt and grease would add a little realism to it :)

I intend for it to be much less shiny if I ever complete it:) Thats just
the material I began with (being the first material I learned to create)
and used for everything with a few exceptions (I'm not sure how others
work, but I have currently adopted the strategy of rendering in solid
primary colors and ounce the model is complete I go back and "paint" it;
add textures, finishes, etc) I intend to add damage, battle-wear, access
panels, id tags, etc (maybe even set it, busted and rusting, in an
overgrown field) But I would like to finish the model architecturally
before I begin those details-and thats where I am stuck...

Wow, that patience really paid off! I like the head -- it adds a lot of
character :-) Not something I'd like to meet on the street -- at least,
I wouldn't like to meet it if it were pointing /at/ me ;-P

Thanks. I like the way this head turned out (its the fifth one I modeled),
there is some nice detail on the "brain pan". I'm looking for ideas for
'doo-dads' to add more mass to it though.

Well, it seems to me, that if he has three guns on each side, he needs three
belts of ammunition per side

LOL Its not a snow plow its a "cattle guard" like trains have. The idea is
its supposed to deflect debris towards the treads and away from the
chassis.

Nothing as complex as that, just two spheres, a pixmap, a normal and a
finish.
