Hey all,
I've been reading this group for a while and thought it was time to
contribute something, sooo...
Here's a key.
No real reason, except that I've seen other rendered keys and thought I
would give it a shot.
It's pretty simple, but I like it :)
Any comments, suggestions etc. greatly apreciated.

Matt

Nice model. Nice aluminium texture too. I think the wood grain would
need to be a bit bigger and just a tad more turbulent, though.

You need to get POV 3.5 too.

simmilar to mine :) but - nicer textures, and general image is more
realistic

Yeah, yours was one of the ones that I saw :) But if you're making an icon
out of yours there's no real need to make it realistic anyway - no-one's
going to notice when it's 32x32/16x16.

Yeep - but doing too-realistic icons in work-time, is a fantastic way to
earn money... while doing your's hobby :>>

besides,
1. icons will be 44x44, all details (except for key normal) are quite
visible
2. Wizard will alsow be in about 80x80 version :)

Cool, I like the wizard one, especially the 'magic glow' - I haven't had
much luck with media, but that looks really good.

Welcome aboard Matt, nice image, try rotating the key in the
y plane slightly so that it doesn't line up with the wood
graine.
