Yeah, the blueness of that doesn't really look realistic. If you want the
glow, maybe you should make it closer to white than blue. Up to you.

Ah, ok.

One other thing - have you fiddled with the brilliance value? I think it
might look better with a lower brilliance (to make it lighter). Maybe you've
already done this, it's hard to tell. Same for the moon.

Lowered brilliance value, dimmed atmosphere, moved moon(wasn't right after
all)

Look good?

It looks good, but it doesn't match images from the Shuttles. Watch the
NASA channel and you'll see what I mean.

Who cares? Don't tell me that we really believe the NASA actually went to
space? That would be hilarious.... It's all faked, remember?

Very good!
IMO it would be very nice, if there would be such world (with less clouds)
for the "User World Map" on povray.org. It could be clickable (perhaps
zommable), so that you could go direct to the country. There was such world
on the internet. Maybe the team is planning to do such a thing?

Well, I've studied alot of pictures of the Earth from space, and I just
don't see what you mean... I also take into account the fact that it's
going to look like a totally different planet at different times, especially
at different distances. I hope the shuttles don't always go to the altitude
this picture is taken from... I know I don't remember a time they did
recently.
