Well, here it is. Sorry for the delay. I tweaked quite a bit before letting
it go all the way. This is one is fresh out of the render-oven. I didn't
leave the machine alone all this time, so it would have rendered in less
time without my interference. I can't wait for my new machine... The video
card arrives on Monday... <glee!> Anyway, you like the focal blur? I kinda
do. Too bad it slows down the rendering so much. :-b

Nice, but:

- I preferred the yellowish tint. Looked more realistic.

- IMHO when showing off radiosity reflection is a no-no. It makes it more
difficult to see the shading.

But I like the focal blur! :)

I'd have to disagree with both those statements :)

I like the blues, I don't know why but I do. And the subtely reflective floor
doesn't detract from the radiosity IMO. But I would say that having a shiny
floor makes the tank look more like a toy and less like the real thing, no-one
would park a real tank on a polished floor!

I'm with you on that one :)

Looks very nice. Can we have a higher-res render, please?

Hehe...

I'm experimenting with post_process'ed focal_blur.

I'm gonna do some experimenting also, as it sure is faster than standard
DOF, but I've never got to grips with it properly. Let us know what you find
out.

Andy
