Most changes i see are in arrangement and some changes with the
buildings.

You seem to have put quite a lot of work in modelling and textuing, the
only thing that should really be improved are the finishes and lighting.
For example the shadows should be stonger so i would suggest much lower
ambient finish. Some reflection and specular on metal parts would be good
too.

Your trains have their own specific charm:
To me it brings back memories of storybooks I used to read to my
children very long ago! It has the character of storybook illustrations;
any attempt to let it look more real will harm it :))

Your modelling is amazing. I think you need to change the lighting quite a
bit. The global setting ambient is too high, and you should position the
light source in your scene so that it casts more visible shadows (are you
using multiple light sources?). Your sky is a little weird. The clouds
higher up look great, but there is a big band of gradient color just a
little off the horizon that is a quite strange. I agree with what others
have said about textures. Some metal reflection would be nice, or even just
some phong. What did you model everything with? There's really a lot of
detail in there. Great job.

Don't listen to all the people telling you to change the lighting to
make it realistic. That ink-like photonegative look is awesome.

I like the cartoony type of coloring effect thsi whole scene has... makes me
want to go back to the age I loved playing with model trains.
