Most changes i see are in arrangement and some changes with the
buildings.  

You seem to have put quite a lot of work in modelling and textuing, the
only thing that should really be improved are the finishes and lighting.  
For example the shadows should be stonger so i would suggest much lower
ambient finish.  Some reflection and specular on metal parts would be good
too.
