Hello, all.
Well, it looks like I'm getting the hang modeling with blobs!
I'm building this one with animation in mind, but it will take a while as
I've never gone into much depth with animated models - lots of
pre-planning - so don't hold your breath.
BTW - Are there any plans to add more primitive types to the list of blob
components? Spheres and cylinders are great - but what about torus, cone
and box? (Apologies if this is the wrong group for this question. Please
re-direct me if so...)
Once again, thanks to Rune for your blob tutorial. Much appreciated.
See ya,
Alan.

Reminds me of 'Aardman' artwork (Remember Wallace & Gromit, Chicken Run?)
Nice!

Hi,
And again, everybody ignore Alan.. Oh.. Well, I think it was HE-day who
came and took all the glory. Anyway, nice blob-face Alan! If you had
posted this a while ago, when everybody posted their heads, I'm sure you
would have got more replies. You demonstrate a good understanding of
blobs.. I wonder if it'll be much difficult to make the head more
detailed?
I've begun blobbing myself, and soon I'll post. :o) I think somehow,
blobs are too ignored today. Remember folks, they're fast, and they're
powerful, when you understand them.

Psst. Your cheque's in the post, mate.
Actually, setting this face up for animation is more difficult than I
thought. Getting there though. Attached is the latest version. I've
changed the eyes to blue as the yellow ones made him look like a mad
sheepdog. Sort of...

Looking forward to that. Anything in particular you'll be making?
Bye,
Alan.
