Not much to say on this one... Fixed the shield, and made the light
more orange. (I just visited the coast, so I got a better idea of how
the clouds and sea look.

Truly great! I like the addition of more colors! To me it look a bit
overdriven on the right side, tough.. A bit more subtle would be
perfect.
The rest is marvelous. The ships begin to look like fishes, hehe, but
that's not a bad thing.. I just still wonder why the one in the middle,
to the left, is half-way in front of the station.. Well it's not
unrealistic at all, but I would have moved it so it's immediately clear
to everyone that it's not a part of the station.

great job man. i've been following the progression and like where it
has come. but... i too think the orange right corner is too much.
perhaps due to the rainbow? how did you do the girl? import from
elsewhere? how many textures are procedural?

I hesitate to make a remark on your excellent image. I have the distinct
impression that in reality, when there would be such a huge hole in the
sea as you have it, you would see the effect on the surface of the water
streaming towards that hole from an appreciable distance. Looking at
your image, one sees nothing of the sort: even close to the abyss the
water surface seems quite immobile. IMHO this looks a bit like a
contradiction...

Obviously there is a story there somewhere...
Upon reflection, why is the girl/boy all alone? If this is a typical method
of transportation, why aren't there more individuals floating around in the
air? If it is atypical, where is the investigating ship of site-seers, come
to look at the flying character?
The scale of the station is immense as reflected by the small "window"
bright squares. Looking at the whole picture, there is an imbalance of
scale with the figure's position and all the other objects in the scene.
Another way to say this is there is nothing that transitions me scale-wise
from front to back in the picture. The close ship should have something of
scale on it that is relative to the figure...then, repeating the ship closer
to the station allows me to make a scale/distance transition to the larger
object. I'm left with the impression this is a giant child come to smash
the Liputian water station.
It must be market day as all the ships appear to be converging on the
station. The traffic control fellow must be on break to allow this
wholesale enmass approach pattern. The human figure implies human order to
the society, not an alien mindset.
Other than that, it is an impressive image as your's always are. Keep up
the good work.

I'm wandering what's the baby's mission: does she have to enter the station?
Or maybe to make some sort of sabotage? Or she's already done something and
is waiting for the results of her work? Is the station going to explode,
fall down in the waterfall (sorry for the wordplay), or crack like a cracker
(...)? I pretend you to animate this scene...
ehm... too coffee today...

This version looks the most realistic, but it looses some of that
ethereality (is that a word?). Which is better is up to your artistry I
guess.

There's only one small flaw left. The apparently random patterns on the
tarps on the blimps are repeated from blimp to blimp.
