That's right! 246K - high-detail.

Something has been pointed out to me - the girl looks like she doesn't
have anything on over the waist. She does, and I've taken steps to make
it more apparent (and wetsuit-like) in the final.
Enjoy!

I'm curious about the girl too. How was the hair done? It looks
unantialiased, though everything else is. Her face looks a little funny,
and the proportions seem off on body size, somehow.
The blimp on the lower edge makes my eye want to move down into the pit, and
it can't, because that's the direction of motion. Ideally, you should
position it such that the direction of motion pulls back into the scene.
(and yeah, I know that the blimp is moving into the scene, but it's balanced
enough in shape that my eye wants to backtrack)

Nice, the details are much better visible than in the posted versions.
But to be honest, i don't like the girl.

Blob and turbulated planar function.

Perhaps I should move it upwards a bit?

Perhaps you could tell me *why* it bothers you, so I could take some steps to
fix it. :-)

If it were the one -I- was waiting for, it would be 4:3 so that I don't
have to mess it up to fit my desktop...
Like the girl, and agree that the lowest blimp pulls the eye away. If it
were hind end towards us and pointing at a landing bay that might work.

Well i though about that, but i don't really know, the strong contrast is
somehow irritating, her back side should be more bluish.
Maybe also try putting her on some kind of scooter.

And moving it up slightly, so that it's almost completely visible within the
frame. Having it break the frame boundary creates movement, which is good,
but the movement has to be in the proper direction. ;)
