Someone at school is setting up a little e-business and wanted me to
design a logo. I don't know much about the business yet so don't ask,
I'll probably fill in later. Has to do with games and animations.
Payment amount is undecided yet. ;)
The letters are just linear-prism approximations fed to my rounding
macro.
Yes, of course, the caption is a post-process in my imaging program.

I'd flip the "C" so that it and the "I" both have their front faces more
easily viewed by an observer.

FWIW

I could see this as an animation. Starting with the 'I' in the scene and the
'C' being tossed in from the side, spin around the 'I' and coming to rest at
the angle you have (except reversed as already stated)...

I will recommend giving everything a pure white pigment and high ambient, then
use the find edges post process, to decide if you want the C to be flipped
around or just rotated to a smaller angle. The angle you have here is still
quite readable with the full 3D texture and lighting, but for a proper logo it
still needs to be clear in 2 color and fits in a one inch square box.

It looks good so far. Good luck

Heh, tell that to the guy I made it for, he was nitpicking my C and we agreed on
this one! I think this angle would probably work fine for B&W using the method you
suggested. Supposed to look kinda like it's orbiting the I BTW. :)

:)) Render time isn't too horribly long, maybe I'll try it sometime.
