I worked a bit on my TI 30X
Blur have been added, nearly all the labels are there. Some still have
to be resized.
This picture already takes 8 hours to render (I guess the multiple CSG
do not help). It's going to take ages with
area lights. I think that I am going to buy an Athlon 1000 Mhz <sigh !>
pretty soon.
One thing : Does someone have mathematical scriblings with odd signs to
put on a paper beneath the calculator ?
The scene looks dead empty.

It looks very realistic. Perhaps of the best I have ever seen.

Maybe: http://www.swin.edu.au/astronomy/pbourke/geometry/coords/

Off topic but, have to ask ; Where on earth did you get that link from ? Im
currently enrolled in a MIT course at Swinburne University :-) Finishing off
my degree in december.

The linkmaster has a rare talent for finding obscure links like that one :)

Paul T. Bourke is fairly well know in the computer 3D geometry world.
I initialy found out about him here on these groups I believe but have
since talked with him on c.g.r.r. and through private emails. If you
can buddy up to him he is working on a network cluster project right
now with POV-Ray as one of his benchmark programs. He would more than
likely be happy to help you render some of your more computationaly
intensive POV-Ray scenes for you.

The LCD display is made of three part.
Upper part is just a transparent box
The middle part a transparent box with the LCD numbers
The lower part is just a greyish box

Well everything (difference and intersection are already manually bounded)
