Well this picture is not yet done. Just a preview perhaps, and a way
to get comments. It was inspired from a March 1998 issue of Discover
magazine. In fact the picture almost looks the same. The nano machine
is not yet done. I need to add more detail. There are some unpleasent
shadows in the background, but I was too lazy to move the lights. Jpg
compression did not do so well on this. (Funny how *.jpg file format is
not availible under Netscape attach, maybe its me.)

Some ideas:

Whoever is the owner of this vein he (or she) is quite anaemic. I would
gess that at least the number of red blod cells should be multiplied by
three.
What I also miss are some white blood cells (a Makrophage could be done
by blobs).
The blood serum should also be noticable maybe by some light scattering
(Oh no ... media ...).

Just another idea. Try to use a fading light.

I really like the texturing of the blood vessel. It's good!
Not to forget the interesting Nanobot.

Hey, this one has a lot of potential!

Very Nice!!!!!
Some plasma (fluid, atmosphere, media) would help alot.

agreed also blood plasma looks a slight yellowish-brown(when there is no
blood cells in it)

Ya I had that in mind, but like I said it is a preview. I plan an
adding some plaque to the artery. One of the reasons to have a robot in
you. I also plan on adding other particles( to make it look like a
fluid). But thanks. I intenionally left out media.

A nice one... really does remind me of something I read in a collection
called "Cyber killers". Introduce intelligent life in the size of a
white bloodcell.... uh, oh... :-)
