The default Apache 1.3.x web server (used on the site hosting your
animation) does not include any mapping. So you may ask the administratorof
that server to add a mapping for the content-type "video/mp4" for files with
the extension ".mp4" and ".mpg4". It should be an easy thing to do for the
server admin.

I haven't really looked at any of the movies in the IRTC of late (10 megs is
an awful lot to download thru a dial-up), but in defense of them I would say
10 megs is a bit on the small side, especially if you have a really big
idea. I'd hate to think how large this one would've been if I would've
gotten it successfully thru Movie2MPEG (my guess would be around 17 megs),
and I'd hate to think how it would look if I had to edit to get it to fit
under 10 megs (probably confusing and not very professional) :/

Well, I can't get quick time to work with MP4 anymore. But I downloaded a
plugin for realone player, and it works fine. Prefer quicktime, but you
can't get everything you want I guess.
I'll say again though, this animation rocks. I'll be looking forward to
future work.

Okay, the mapping has been added, and when I click on the link, Quicktime
opens that booger right up. Much better now.
If some of you Windoze-type people are still having problems viewing the
movie, then let me know and I'll, um, I don't know, I'll think of
something...

I have installed and uninstalled QuickTime a number of times (kept
bugging me to upgrade) and didn't want to go through that again, but
since I'm a fan of Dan's work I have installed it yet again, downloaded
the movie and YES, I've seen it!
