Wow, looks great!
Does it take a lot of physics and what kind of?
Any hint?

Hi Sebastian, I'm happy that you liked it. It really doesn't take that lot of physics:
I'm just considering gravity, the inelasticity-elasticity of the cloth and the
detection of the sphere's and floor's surfaces.

I'm still trying to experiment with air interaction (and possibly wind), but I haven't
got anything good, yet...

Thanks for your comments,

Fernando.

I especially like the floor-texture, it reminds of a place i've been some
time ago. Is it a bitmap?
It looks like generated by POV, may you post it?

Thanks,

Yes, it is a bitmap! They are mexican tiles called "azulejos de talavera" which are
made by hand and are used to give a "rustic" feel.

I'm attaching the photograph to this message.

Fernando.

He he he... I never thought it would happen to me! In fact I realized I'd forgot to
attach the file just as I pressed the SEND button, but when I reached the Outbox
folder, the message was already sent. :)

Fernando.

Umm, could you please post in plain text? For some strange reason, your
message bodies seem to be attached as binary files to an otherwise blank
message...

Bye for now,
     Jamie.

Hi Jamie, I'm posting in plain text. I don't know what could have
happened...

Please tell me if the error was corrected.

Fernando.

Looks fine to me now :)

Just out of interest, what did you change?

Bye for now,
     Jamie.

I saw that my Outlook Express setting for outgoing messages was set to MIME
with text encoding as BASE64 and I changed it to NONE. I hope that fixes the
problem for everyone.

Anyway, thank you very much for telling me about the problem. Were you
unable to see my video because of this?

Good luck,

Fernando.

Well, I only raised the point, because I saw it happening in p.b.i too,
so I thought you might be unaware of it.

Saw the video fine, didn't have any sensible comments to make (other than
Ooo! Pretty!) so I didn't.

:)

Bye for now,
     Jamie.
