Hi,

I didn't realise how huge this anim was gonna end up. It's 2.5 Mb, so I've
posted it on my site.

It *is* 200 frames though, so you get a full 8 seconds, and I hope you'll
agree it's worth the download.

It's the culmination of my Cloth Simulator experiments, and I'm very pleased
with it.

Beautiful.  Cloth looks a little rubbery, but that's almost always they
case.  Other than that, it's fantastic.  I love the way it slips over that
one set of balls on its own weight.

Besides the cloth anims of clothing on people, this is the coolest cloth
anim I've ever seen! :) I agree that it's ever so slightly rubbery, but
that's not a bad thing in this case. I had wondered what would happen if you
changed the attach {} points over time. Wonderful! Thank you! Now we need to
render it bigger, with radiosity, etc. etc.! :)

The image map is 'UV_mapped' to the mesh of the cloth using MegaPOV.

I know, hence the title '...Membrane'. Still haven't quite got to grips with
how to control the stretchiness (and it's only after all the frames are
rendered that you can be sure how the cloth's gonna behave).

In what way? They are of course changing.. they follow a spline. I next want
to able to rotate them around the spline, but I couldn't face that this
time. I gues I'll need to use vrotate or vtransform or something. I'll do
that next.
