Hi, all....
Using Moray 3.5 for Windows and POV-Ray 3.6.1, along with Xander's
animation plugin for Moray 3.5.
If I select the option to render using "Raytraced", it renders each frame,
but does not include any focal blur settings, or (apparently) my UDO
object - I just get the primitive plane and light source, but I get the
300 frames that are set up in the keyframer.
If I change the render option for the animation to POV-Ray, I get exactly
one frame - no additional frames are ever rendered.
I have a feeling I'm missing something really really basic here, but I
cannot figure out what it is. Anyone got any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jim

Yep, one dll in the wrong place.
Have a look at the readme. One dll must be placed somewhere in the
povray-directory. But i don't recall wich one right now.
this should help you.

I'm a little puzzled now; with the animation plugin I downloaded (the
updated one), there is no readme in the archive, just a DLL.
The original plugin seems to be unavailable, as Tripod appear to be
blocking the download.

Nevermind, found the documentation, the update on the Moray site only
includes one of the three dlls needed, so now just need to find the
original AnimPlugin.exe file.

Final note - found the executable version, installed it, then installed
the updated version from the Moray site.
For future reference for anyone looking, the missing line was from the
POVEngine.INI file in the GUIExtensions section - it probably didn't get
set properly because I have both POV-Ray 3.5 and 3.6 installed, so it
perhaps got confused in where the actual file was.
The readme info is at http://xan-der.tripod.com/AnimPluginContents.html
Thanks again for the pointer, that got me aimed in the right direction and
now it's working the way it should.

Sorry, i was a bit in a hurry so i was not able to give the full
detailed way to correct the problem. But since it helped i hope it was
ok anyway.

No problem - you got me pointed in the right direction, and it was greatly
appreciated. :-)
