Sorry if I'm just stupid and don't know where to look, but I can't seem to
find any way to convert .mdl or .udo files into anything else. I was
originally hoping to convert .pov files, but I all I can find is crossroads
3D with only supports files for POVRay 2.2, which I can't find to download
anywhere, just 3.0 and 3.1. Can anyone help me find an export plugin or
converter of some sort?

Hi Thomas Davidson, you recently wrote in moray.win:

You can use Ctrl-F9 or F9 or Render|Export or Render|Raytrace to
convert the MDL to POV code. Export to other formats is currently not
available.

Well, because I implemented OpenGL, Moray does now have an internal
triangle-based representation, too. Add to that the new CSG evaluation
code which is also based on triangles and that the triangle data is
available to the plugin system, you might come a whole lot closer to
being able to write an export plugin without having to write the CSG
tesselation yourself. I'm pretty sure an export plugin will be written
in the near to middle future.

Well, there is a RIB export plugin.
