As said, that only hides the incorrect radiosity settings. There is no
noise as the "randomness" used for the pretrace is actually always the same
for the same image size. the only difference is that is changes depending
on the image size. The benefit is that there is no need to build a several
MB size table that would do exactly the same, but to just call the pseudo
random number generator at runtime. It is inited prior to rendering a new
scene, thus it always generates exactly the same sequence.
