Here is the source for my tileable pattern generator. Note the change in
image size required for use in heightfields. This is needed for the tiled
hf seams to meet smoothly. Took a bit of hairpulling before I figured why
the hfs weren't joining smoothly. A m*n image only creates a (m-1)*(n-1)
hf.
