Since you declared both P1 and P2 earlier in your
code, you can use this code instead
#local MovePercent = 5/100;
#local P1 = DotsArray[MinP1];
#local P2 = DotsArray[MinP2];
#local vDir = P2 - P1;
#local DotsArray[MinP1] = vnormalize(P1 - MovePercent*vDir);
#local DotsArray[MinP2] = vnormalize(P2 + MovePercent*vDir);
