Hi, Jeff. I'm using Acrobat Reader v4.0 for the Windows platform and I'm
able to click on a topic in the index to go to that particular section or
sub-section of the docs.

My version of Acrobat Reader is set up this way although I don't recall if
this is the default or I changed something.
