I know there is another POV user in Grahamstown (East coast) and
one in Cape town (South Coast)

The one in Grahamstown is not too active with POV, don't know the person in
Cape town

Some in Southern Africa. The only way to call someone in Zimbabwe is
to dial the international operator and book a call, then hope the person is
there.

Hi again Gail, you should have another email BTW.
I'm guessing you're asking what the place is I couldn't find on the map near
Cape Town...
Durbanville is the place, and I know there's a Durban on the east coast but
nothing like that shows on the west coast.

Durbanville is about 60 km North-East of CapeTown

Hey Gail, very nice of you. And I don't even need to move that marker :-)
Well I don't think so anyway, although it does look as if that particular one
is wading into the Atlantic ocean.

I'm also surprised that we don't see lots of participants from India,
and a very large number speak English and also have enough wealth to
buy computers and have an internet connection. About 5 years ago I
saw a BBC program about cable TV in India and they said that there
were more than 250 million cable viewers in India (probably a lot
more than there are in the US). Whenever I've noticed an entry
from India in the IRTC it seems to be very off topic, maybe they
just have a very different idea about graphics, their films tend
to be what we call musicals. So maybe it's just down to a difference
in taste.

I did a search for povray and pov-ray on a dozen Indian engines. They all
returned nothing.
