Having only recently discovered this group, I'm curious as to where you're all from.

Mentally: somewhere else (maybe Povland, my next IRTC Submission ...)

Hello Andy Cocker from York, England.
First off, I am a Pov snob. I don't use no stinking modeling program
to create my scenes and I don't indent my scene files like them wacky,
propeller headed, Poindexter, pocket pen pouch carrying, programmer types.
So with that over with let me introduce myself...
I am simply referred to around here as Ken and this suits me just fine.
I live on the west coast of North America, the state of California,
approximatly 50 miles (80.45km) south of HollyWood, approximatly 80 miles
(128.72km) north of the Mexico border, and just 10 minutes away from the
original Disneyland, home of Mickey Mouse. I'm also 10 minutes away from
some of the best beaches anywhere in the US and I live smack in the middle
of a high technology, electronics development, and manufacturing region.
It's not paridise but it sure ain't lovely downtown Bagdad either.

Why is it *everyone* (including me) now has a FreeServe account?
(ok, apart from the 15 megs web space, unlimited e-mail addresses, and being
the UK's first 100% free ISP with only the cost of a local call, and with 1
million subscribers since its September '98 launch ;)
Have fun POVing,
Matt

I am one of those propeller headed poindexter's Ken is talking about
(wasn't there that "Mr. Tyler" era a few weeks back?) who likes to
indent (apparently in a cockeyed fashion, though I must admit that
charge carries some weight...) but Ken let's me hang around because
sometimes I help him with his math, or create generally useless but neat
looking functions. Oh...I'm currently at College going to the
University of Virginia which is located in Charlottesville, VA about 50
minutes from the capital Richmond, or 2 hours from my home in
Centreville (part of what is called NoVa or Northern Virginia).

I'm somewhere in the ballpark of Ken.
Southern California, Orange County, Costa Mesa. A bit near John Wayne airport.
