Wasn't thinking of _anything_, really, apart from "How do I create a macro that
will make a ring of blob elements, all varying in radius, then translate those
blobs all over the screen?" ...and then once I figured _that_ out, I went about
making it shiny and reflective, 'cuz that's what I like to see! :)

I do like the hot-versus-cold angle... never occurred to me. Very
interesting...

Thank you. Wasn't sure how this animation would play out, and the reaction has
been mixed. Instagram seemed to like it, but mostly spam accounts, and I think
my Facebook friends would rather I stick with comics (HA! They'll get what they
get, and they can't pitch a fit!). Same with DeviantART and Tumblr... *shrugs*

Thank you! I may revisit this one, try to stretch it out so it loops on the
order of once every five minutes or so...

.....then see how many college kids check it out on a weekend ;)

Your memory serves you correctly. There were a total of four short films
involving bees and bad humor. They were originally created to test various
film-making concepts and techniques, things I hadn't had an opportunity to play
with since I went through my film-making phase in my youth (ahh, that lovely
time when I was convinced I could create the next "Star Wars" episode armed with
only a Super-8mm silent camera and a film-making budget of zero dollars and zero
cents. Those were the days...).

Will I be revisiting my little bee friends? Hard to say. I will most likely
leave the original films alone -- the source code and audio files are scattered
from here to Timbuktu. I'm looking forward to creating new film adventures
featuring...whatever! I really don't have a clue, and I think I'm okay with
that :)
