I didn't try yet, but I'm sure this is what this NG is for; and some other
things (for instance we could start a big project all together (Taj Mahal,
Saviour Temple ...)

A big project you say? I'd be into that. Anyone wanna do a big
project? Maybe a cool animation (police car chase, naval sea battle,
jets doing airstrikes, etc..) ?

Oh, DOH! I forgot to post the .inc file also. Well, it's nearly 1MB so
it might be too large for a newsgroup post, what do you think?

How about an ultimate, realistic scene?

Different people would all do objects for a simple scene (say.. a desk) and make
them as realistic as is humanly possible... once all the ultra realistic objects
are completed, they could all be loaded into the scene, and rendered by someone
with a nice computer.

For example, instead of working for a couple of months on a scene, and getting
bored, I might have the task of making a perfectly realistic, ultimate pencil
sharpener.

Gives focus....

I'm up for that...its what I need- focus.

So, now we need a decent idea for such a picture...I can do some fairly decent
Lparser deciduous trees...sans leaves, though. But who needs leaves, anyhow? We can
do a winter scene.

What program was it made in? How about you post a small(320x240, maybe?) JPG,
so we can see if we are wouldn't mind. If you past our fiendish test, you may
post it here.

Both the INC file and UDO file are ASCII and
ZIP will compress them quite a bit.

I would say a messy living room. I think it would be a challenge to get it
really photorealistic, and when it's messy there's enough work for
everybody.

Lets wait until Magiclight with export to POV-Ray comes out...very nice, very
fast NURBS modeler, with features(as soon as version alpha 0.2 comes out) such
as knot insertion in NURBS, openGL display, extrude along spline path, FFD,
etc...then, we can do a really good scene.
