These two images are made from exactly the same SDL, just rendered with two
different pixel ratios:  (+W600 +H300 and  +W300 +H600).  I wanted to be able to
make comic-book frames that were attuned to the camera regardless of the input
settings.  It took some tweaking to get the image of the camera_view actually
centered on the screen.
