PoseRay pov-output was disappointing and can't see any smoothing option. PoseRay
made unnecessary normal_indices.

Does PoseRay have this smoothing option for a mesh2? Took about one minute to
get these 16,833 norms from my mesh dll. (looped for 16833*28321 = 476,727,393)
