Yeah, as I guessed - the blue/grey ones I'm referring to are the 1978/79
models...

It's interesting to see how many Lego space models I actually did not own (nor
my brother) - and yet only two really stuck as "missing": The 1979 grey
two-seater "space shuttle" (seen here recently, too), and this 1981 "starfleet
voyager".

Maybe it's because a neighbor of ours *did* have them... I bet I'd have wanted
other models like the 1980 "X-1 patrol craft" as well if that guy had owned it
too...

Anyway, the "starfleet voyager" was the "most missing" of them all...
