Stunning, really stunning.  Love those localized streaks of water running
off the building roofs. And the splashes in the street-- wonderful. (Do I
assume correctly that they are made using an individual normal pattern,
multiplied and averaged using a normal_map or something similar?  Or are
they 3-D? I've used a similar normals scheme before.. not as nice as in
your image, though...and it wasn't easy to figure out!)
