Well done Bill (not that it was a trade test :-)
This is very similar to what I remember. The image made a lasting impression
on me. I can even remember where I was when I saw it, Lewis's on Argyle
Street in Glasgow.

P. P. S.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. The sea on fire under the
flare boom of the Piper Alpha. I watched Tom Melly smoke in the dark near
Putney bridge.
