Well if they wanted to publish my works, I would only feel happy someone
thinks my work is worth while being published.  After all, looking at the
past IRTC images, it seems the ones that have the most copyright notices
embedded right into the image are some of the worst images I have seen
entered.

Seems to be a case of wishfull thinking by newbies that someone wants to
steal their work.
