The figures are blobs. The system for this set of anims has two properties:

1) Parameterizable joints-- I can move the shoulders out in any direction so
desired.
2) A particular set of blob components optimized to make the "default" body
look good.

I didn't however model all the muscles to line up with any arbitrary value
for the  "parameterized" shoulder joints-- the spheres are at places like
<4,6,2> and <-4,6,2> rather than at
0.75*rshouldpvtpt+0.25*lshouldpvtpt-5*y.  So, when I widened out the
shoulders, something looked funny.

It's funny how this creative process works.  Often I post here when I come
across some "wow" improvement that impresses myself.  Folks see the anims
and comment on something I wasn't even addressing-- often but not always it
drives me to some tangential improvement along the way.  Thanks for
everyone's interest.
