Thorsten,

Installing OS X 10.3.1 did not solve the "Internal Error" problem when
attempting to render the benchmark using the G5 engine. If the "Fast
Functions" performance option is checked and the G5 rendering engine is
selected, the error still occurs, even with the O/S update.
