Excellent image, very impressive.
The eyes do look a bit like those of a mannequin. A wet look to the eyes
(reflections?) might give her a more realistic appearance. Also, it may
just be the angle, but the top eyelashes aren't very noticeable. The tear
duct area may need a glint of reflection on them as well.
