  Hi, Lummox JR. Could you possibly use greater compression on your test
images? 189.2k is pretty large for this particular 640w by 480h image -
I was able to save it at 70% quality and 41k, with little noticeable
loss in image quality.

  Everyone can help us conserve server space with a little planning
