Actually, since the HTML http-equiv meta tag just simulates HTTP headers, you
can accomplish the same results by just sending the HTTP headers themselves.
Not that it makes any difference in the implementation, but I've always felt
that putting meta http-equiv tags in the output of a CGI script is a little
sloppy.
