No, hit it just after you reboot, when it says "Press <DEL> to changes
settings" or something similar. The documentatation that pertains to
your system or your motherboard should have further details on what you'll
see there. (Note that some systems use a different method of invoking
the BIOS settings. This is particularly true of "appliance" PCs like
Gateways and Packard-Bells, and of notebooks.)
