If you do it properly in the first place you don't get little
black spots.
Black spots are often caused by coincidence surfaces, and can
be rexolved by moving or enlarging one of your objects by a
very small amount.
By the sounds of it there is actually a different cause for the
black spots in this image, and a solution (which I don't understand),
has already been given.
