Maybe it's some sort of clue as to how you made these, but
I see a faint terquoise band about two inches down from
the top of the image, it fades away when I apply some gamma
correction (so only visible if you darken it perhaps).

OK lets see a night time scene or a twilight scene with 
these, sunsets might be interesting.
