Quesa is an open-source replacement for QD3D, since QD3D doesn't exist
on Mac OS X. It's required by a number of programs such as: Meshwork and
REALbasic. The presence of Quesa probably isn't a factor because many
others have it installed and run POV just fine.
I removed 3.1 and installed 3.5b17 which works just fine, although I'm
looking forward to the Templates menu working again.
