For those who might be interested I compiled this list of features
that are now available in MegaPov. Can you say Wow ?

These were both in the 3.1g superpatch.  The projected_through modifier 
was even in the 3.1d superpatch.

Is Dan Connelly's patch still in there? If so, what is the syntax/use? It's 
not in de doc's (anymore).

That was the #system patch but I don't know if it's still there or what
the syntax is.

It's still there.  It's deliberately not documented, and may not be long for
this world.  It is a violation of the new povlegal, but I left it in for
backward compatibility in case anyone had been using Dan's patch.  I don't
recommend using it in any new scenes, and that's why I don't document it.

Yes, they were. 
But the Isoblob is now updated to the latest version.
We simply merged those patches from the MultiPatch into MegaPov. That's
what Nathan means, those patches were not merged from SuperPatch, that's
all.
