If you look in the POV-Ray ring site list you find the URL but....
...the site is empty (I saw it alive just month ago)!!!
POV-Ray city just vanished! (Maybe it was located somewhere in Bermuda
Triangle...)
Seriously, I too would like to know where it is located now.

Yeah, it's gone - for now. Mr. Kent sent out this message to all

povray.general or comp.graphics.rendering.raytracing would be better.

How about a new group, povray.projects ? It can be a place for
discussing the movie project, virtual cities, and other collaborative
efforts (that aren't so big as to have their own special newsgroup).
Too bad I don't have the ability to create new newsgroups...
