Just tried to visit
http://www.econym.demon.co.uk
and I couldn't reach the site. :O :(
I hope
1. Mike is ok
2. The site comes back online
3. Most of it has been mirrored somewhere.

The name won't resolve, which means somebody didn't pay their DNS fee.
He may even be unaware of it. (microsoft.com famously went down and a
good Samaritan noticed and paid the fee.)
The wayback machine is awesome.

It even has stuff I no longer have on my site, like this birth
announcement for my 24 year old daughter.

I hope The Wayback Machine continues to pay *its* DNS fees! Otherwise... global
chaos! The memory bank for it must be the size of Greenland, to hold all of its
archived stuff-- which I assume continues at an ever-increasing pace.

That's a really funny/crazy story; glad it all worked out in the end. To have a
doctor lose conciousness *while* performing an operation-- wow! :-O

"7 pound cyst"? One of these days, Audrey is going to happen across the
Wayback Machine. :D

Here it is in PDF
In the process of converting the 175-page hypertext markup
language (html) version to a static Adobe portable document (PDF)
format, defunct hypertext links and duplicate
or rendundant notes and comments were deleted, the typeface size was
decreased, some minor text and layout
formatting was performed for aesthetics, some typographical errors were
corrected and changes were made to
reflect updated language syntax and deprecated keywords.
Additions: colored keyword highlighting
Originally, links were provided to 28 separate zip files containing the
POV source files for all the images that
appeared on individual isosurface example webpages. These have been
condensed into a single zip file.
Please let me know if you find any errors or omissions, or if there are
other areas where improvements or updates can be made.
