I'm not sure I'm more amused by the integration with regular html, the verbose
code or the fact that it runs surprisingly well on my phone...
this used to be called VRML
lacking many effects from today's games, but still impressive for webtech

Ah, VRML. I remember reading about that at university. It sounded really
interesting, but nothing implements it. (I.e., there were no working
browser plugings, and no sites using it.) Probably a case of a
technology too early for its time.
Look at video phones. They existed for decades, but were laughable
expensive. But now *everybody* is using Skype for video chat...

actually, nobody is videochatting over skype anymore as text messaging and the
cutting edge voicemail are trendy whatsapp bazingas. Plus, they are from
Zuckerberg, not Gates.
